Use WhatsApp Business, not your personal app
WhatsApp Business is a free app from WhatsApp, made for small businesses. It keeps work chats in a business profile, separate from your friends and family.
Set up your profile
- Your business name, what you do and your area.
- Your opening hours.
- A link to your website.
Save yourself typing
- A greeting message for people who message you for the first time.
- An away message for evenings and weekends, saying when you'll reply.
- Quick replies for the questions you answer every day, like prices and areas.
Put it everywhere
Add a WhatsApp button to your website, so people on phones can message you in one tap.
